This is a nice smooth sauce with just the right amount of heat.

one of the most delicious sauces I've ever had. habanero mango is a great combo as usual, but in a mustard sauce it's unbelievable. Not the spiciest by any means, but that just means you can smother things in it. GREAT on burgers, great on eggs, just an all around awesome hot sauce. Highly recommend.

I think my son liked it and it was probably hot enough for him.

Very clean lite sauce, delicious but couldn’t have used some more flavor

I like the flavor with the mango! Wish it was a little thicker in consistency, but with vinegar maybe a little tough to accomplish. Overall very good!

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! This is definitely a medium sauce that was designed for people of all different heat levels. You might want to double the amount you use! ;-) If you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

I've gone through quite a few bottles of this very particular style of sauce (Pirate's Lantern, Cheeba Gold, Double Take Scotch Bonnet Mustard). If you haven't tried one, do so immediately. If you're considering doing so, this is a great place to start. It's not a huge departure from the other mustard sauces I mentioned, but the unique things it does bring to the table are certainly worthwhile. As Heatonist indicates, it is a bit 'brighter' than the other Baja Mustard sauces I mentioned, thanks, in large part, to a fruitier finish than most. It's got a great consistency, with just the right amount of natural pepper. And the medium heat is perfect if you want to use it as a mustardy condiment, allowing for generous pours on sandwiches and the like. If you're like me and are always keeping an eye out for new Baja Mustard sauces, this is a great addition to your collection.
