“I hadn't anticipated liking this one much -- it seemed like a fun novelty sauce to get based on its maple flavor. It was a pleasant surprise, and had an interesting evenness that stands out, but didn't overwhelm other tastes.”

“Excellent blend of tasty heat. This one is currently my favorite hot sauce. It has the prefect amount of heat to get that burn your looking for without sweating bullets at dinner. Vey good on tacos burritos and pizza. Super good stuff.”

“One of the better of the very hot sauces I've tried - not quite as complex as some of them, but if you are looking for something with a bit of sweetness, you can't do too much better. Be careful, though, as the heat accumulates. While there is a decent kick early on, eating a bunch will do the entire sweating super-hot number on you a minute or two later.”

“This one is unique. Definitely a pretty good kick on this. Those that aren't used to spicy stuff will probably want to steer clear, for us superhots lovers, this one is up there, not on the level of some of the hottest ones but definitely packs a punch that you'll feel the burn with. The bit of maple sweetness and smokiness are really interesting and nice though and that's what makes this sauce shine. I don't love a lot of smokiness but this is just right. If your looking for a spicy one that's different, this is for you. Goes great with almost any meat.”
