“Stargazer is hot but full of flavour unlike so many of the sauces in the > 200k scoville range (I like to call them "stunt sauces"). It is smoky and robust and certainly melds well with the flavours of Mexican food.”

“Stargazer is currently my favorite hot sauce. The heat level is perfect for my tastes but it has been too hot for some that I've shared it with. Heat aside, the flavor of this sauce is amazing. Personally, bonnets and ghosts are probably my favorite peppers, and the addition of smoky chipotles and molasses take this sauce to the next level. The burn is steady and slow. I will eat this sauce on anything, but I particularly enjoy it with chili, wings, and grilled flank steak.”

“Stargazer is nicely sweet, nicely hot. Great for anyone who wants that hot hit but could not afford to miss work the next day. I was strangely drawn to this bottle solely by the awesome design on the bottle. A few read up on the blend, heat level and I was sold. Did I mention I am strangely attracted to this bottle? Bet it will be a conversation starter if placed at gatherings.”

“Great sauce to control the amount of heat you want, just adapt amount. The heat sticks for a while all around the mouth, but does not burn the throat so its a good one to use on anything fitting of some spice.”

“Burn is perfect and flavor is the best I’ve had with a sauce so hot. This sauce is my limit and anything hotter usually has less taste and more pain. This sauce is perfection!”

“This is a nice 7/10 sauce. The scotch bonnets are great and the ghost pepper lends a hand to give a burn that has a light linger; the closer your bites are in succession, the longer and larger the burn, but overall not a super long burn compared to other sauces like Dingo Widow Maker. I don't taste much of the BBQ others speak of, but maybe that is a little bit of sweetness from the maple. Overall a nice, semi-chunky sauce with great heat.”
