“Expect a much milder sauce. The good jalapeno flavor is there but doesn't hold up on its own. Used this one with an extra "kicker" or seasoning on the side.”

“I like this better than the pineapple habanero, which is both sweeter and spicier than the jalapeno, but also has a stronger onion taste. This one still has some onion flavor but not near as strong and both the jalapeno and serrano flavors come through. Its mild enough that it can be used liberally as a condiment or moderately as a marinade. I make my own jalapeno puree/sauce and its usually pretty hot so having something like this, some kick but would appease those with delicate or sensitive taste buds is nice.”

“This sauce is delicious. If you like spicy food like me, you won’t find this spicy, but this sauce is so flavorful it is worth buying. Great on anything, especially Mexican food. My husband has already told me we need to make sure we always have a bottle of this at home.”

“Bold and very clean flavor. First you get the bright jalapeno and then a sweet and gentle touch of onion, serrano pepper and garlic. In the mild / medium zone, the heat last a few minutes without overstepping on the whole flavor spectrum. A few drops will add sweetness, light green taste and moderate heat. Perfect with mexican food, pizza, chicken, pork, falafel, fries or to step-up a vinaigrette. I like to add a drop of lime or green tabasco with it. I will restock this one ;)”

“i absolutely love this sauce. its very mild but with such a big bright flavor. whenever i'm craving that jalapeno flavor and i dont have any real ones to use, this does the trick. great on eggs. great on a roast beef sandwhich and so on. love the squeeze bottle too. heartbeat has a bunch of great sauces but this is by far my favorite.”
