“Wow! While I lean toward medium to hot hot sauces and I love vinegar, this is my 2nd favorite of the nine sauces I have from Heatonist. Nice layers of subtle flavor. Pineapple forward, very little vinegar or heat. Ordering another bottle now. This is going to be great on taco el pastor and pork adobo. And mango salsa! And fruit salad! Maybe in a bellini!”

“This sauce is very mild and sweet with a fantastic Pineapple flavor. I mostly use this on Pizza, especially Hawaiian pizza! Its good on other things too, but best on pizza. USE THIS ON PIZZA!”

“Refreshing, spicy pineapple! Definite pineapple flavor (cut a bit with yellow pepper) but a nice balance of acid through the vinegar, and spice through the habaneros. This is fantastic on pizza, the tang cuts through the dairy and breading well. Especially good with a little crispy garlic flavored crust! Sometimes the sauce itself has a little chunkiness to it and the bits get stuck in the nozzle. However, the most recent times I’ve order this (it is a regular in my fridge) the consistency has been smoother. My only complaint, the plastic bottle. So many hot sauces come in glass, why plastic for this one??”

“We've used this on about everything imaginable. A bit sweeter sauce with a nice kick to it. Definitely keep it in our top 3 sauce line-up in the fridge.”

“The sauce is incredible, clogs the tip so you might have to unscrew the cap but it's worth it! Nice little lock with lights of fruitiness.”

“I'm custom to stay away from the word "Habanero." This sauce is one of the best MILD sauces I've had. Of a six bottle sampler, this one is almost empty! I am finding new ways to put it on everything. Not hot, in the hot one's realm, just Sooo good!”
