This is my favorite of the 4 sauces I've tried. You can use it to give anything a sweet kick with a little heat. Hell, last night I put some on a tuna sandwich and it was awesome.

This sauce has just the right sweetness with a back-end kick that makes it perfect for pork, chicken, and adding to other milder dipping sauces.

First off, do not care for pineapple. But as part of of a compromise, picked this sauce. And it is so good. Perfect pair to anything pork related of course. But add to some spicy ramen, or somewhere you want a compliment of sweet and spice this is great. And not too much heat, but is there.

This sauce is just the right blend of spice and sweet! Good on wings, better on fish, better still on tacos, and down right delicious in a margarita! The flavors match well, and there’s a little bit of warmth on the back side.

I've only recently come into really enjoying spicy food, but my wife has been a life long aficionado. Of all the hot sauces we have tried, this is by far our favorite and most frequently used. It's sweet but also spicy, the pineapple flavor is there but not overpowering. We most often pair it with Mexican / Central American dishes, but it also goes well with seafood, wings, other rice dishes, and more. We're not much of a breakfast crew, but I'm betting you could pair it with all kinds of things there too!
