“Most pineapple habs (or mango habs) are two distinct flavors existing side-by-side. This hot sauce is the first time I've tasted a pineapple hab that plays beautifully together, with one ingredient complimenting the best parts of the other. I would say the heat is medium-low. They don't unleash the full habanero, but it clocks in for a whispering burn. Because the sauce is so sweet, we don't put it on everything we eat. I find it goes best with cheese, so I'll use it most often on pizza, quesadillas, and nachos. Super glad we tried it, but probably not something we'll re-order.”
