This is a spectacular presentation of a hot sauce. Earthy in a very unique and interesting way. Great with quesadillas becuase of the tortilla match. Its not as hot as some of my other favorites, but the uniqueness and the taste make up for it. I also have been cooking with it and including it in soup

Has great flavor and almost a garlic spicy flavor. I love pretty much everything Heartbeat makes.

It's got a decent vinegar note, lots of red pepper, and a very forward umami mushroom thing going on. There are a lot of things that I don't taste, though -- the habaneros, the onion, and it's interesting to note that this has no tomato in it. It's quite tasty, but I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet. It might be a very good sauce for wings, as it has that vinegar tang and then some more savory notes given to it given by the mushrooms. What it doesn't have it a bottom note, like a roasted tomato, or a smokiness, etc. Probably pairs very well with things that are barbecued, especially in a jerk marinade. Definitely a sauce I will cook with, rather than using after cooking. It needs a bit of help, but it totally worth a buy.

Recently used the Lions Mane Piri Piri in our own version of a Hot Ones challenge! The flavor of the sauce was a big hit and fit in well with some of the other flavors in our lineup... spicy but delicious! It pairs really well with cheesy potatoes too!

I recently received this brands Scorpion version. All I can say is WOW. A lot of flavor, not overpowering with a nice blend of spices.I would buy it again in a Heartbeat, No pun intended. the scorpion version was a 6/10 heat for a novice or a 4/10 for a pepperhead

Love Lion's Mane--especially since developing a lactose intolerance earlier this year. It's lovely on avocado toast, and on eggs. The mushroomy umami nature is perfect for breakfast moods. And on sandwiches!

This sauce is fine, but nothing great. I mean, it's better than what you can buy in most grocery stores, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it again. Works well to put a small amount of heat into food that you don't want to change the flavor of.

This sauce hits a number of sweet spots for me. It's warm enough to add some punch to any dish, but not so hot I wouldn't offer it to my friends. It goes with everything - I add it to anything with eggs, chicken, fries, even salads on occasion. As an all-rounder, this is my go-to.
