“Quite a good not very hot sauce, but there is too much vinegar. I guess it would be better to decrease vinegar level and and recommendation to keep it in fridge”

“I will come back and delete this if it ever changes, but this is the best hot sauce I've ever owned. The balance of flavor, build up of heat, and just the right amount of sweetness means I put it on literally anything at least once. Will not have a fridge without it.”

“If you love heart like I do and are expecting this to be hot it’s not. I world rate more at a 3 in heat level. But in taste very good more on a Smokey chipotle side then Scorpion.”

“I ordered a random set of 5 bottles to start, and this was one of my selections. Turns out it's also one that I'll order again and again. I put it on everything - pizza, tacos, eggs, chicken, etc. Adds just the right amount of heat and flavor for my taste. I think I tend more toward the tangy/vinegary spice, and this hits that mark for me, as opposed to the sweeter spice (Caribbean style sweet). Highly recommend trying this one out!”
