“An overall excellent hot sauce. Does an excellent job capturing the Cajun flavor, not particularly hot and can be used to enhance nearly any dish. As soon as I let my friends try it, I had to buy three more bottles to replenish what they used and give them their own bottles. I highly recommend this sauce.”

“Fantastic hot sauce. I bought this mainly to support my man Poirier, and it has a much more robust and complex flavor than I was expecting! From breakfast burritos to pizza, it compliments everything I’ve tried it on. The packaging and twist top are great as well.”
