“Best "everything" sauce I've had in awhile. Anything you love the run-of-the-mill hot sauces on, use this instead. It's a great louisiana style hot sauce but you can taste fresh habs too which sets it above others of it's ilk.”

“I bought Poirier’s hot sauce a few weeks ago, mostly to support Dustin. I haven’t tried it yet, but my girlfriend has...and she loves this stuff! She said it has a perfect mild heat and amazing taste. She puts it on just about everything, but said that it’s especially good on scrambled eggs and chicken. It seems a little pricey for hot sauce, but it seems to be in high demand, so I guess the price is justified. I look forward to trying it on some scrambled eggs soon. 10/10 POIRIER FTW!!”

“I ordered the sauce to support DP but I was stunned when I actually tried it. Perfectly balanced, let’s you taste all the flavors with a kick. Nothing you can’t handle but spicy enough to open up your nose nostrils. More like DP light sparring. I will buy again.”
