“Love the flavor of the sauce. It goes on a lot of my meals. The only issue is that the nozzle can get clogged, but I hear they’re aware and planning to fix this issue”

“I'm from south Louisiana and I'm very familiar with Tabasco and Louisiana Hot Sauce as it's in every restaurant. But I have to say Poiriers blows them out the water, you can tell it's made with care and not mass produced. I already ordered 2 bottles and will order more when I run out.”

“This is maybe the best rendition of a Louisiana style hot sauce I've ever had. The celery is a nice though. I can see the cost putting people off as a bottle of Crystals is so cheap but I think this is so well executed you'll always want a bottle around. Wish the bottle was larger because mine didn't last a week. I'm also happy to support someone like Poirer who is out there doing real good for his community. Hope they make a spicier version.”

“Legit one of the best hot sauces in the game. Smooth taste, perfect spice level and amplifies the food it goes on. The kicker is, it’s Poiriers hot sauce. Great dude and a charitable man.”
