“I’m a big Poirier Fan and I heard the hype behind the sauce and wanted to try it. A friend got this for me for Christmas and WOW. It’s great. So great I went ahead and got the KO edition as well. This isn’t very hot but just right for someone who isn’t into really spicy. It goes great with basically everything and is another level from anything store bought.”

“This one's become the Louisiana of choice in my house. Great flavor, mild heat. I always have an extra or two in the pantry. My only complaint is the same complaint with all Heartbeat sauces - the nozzle clogs - not bad enough to lose a star, but still annoying.”

“Its hot but not overwhelmingly burning and the flavor is perfectly balanced without any extra crap to bring it down. This is my go to when im not looking for a specific flavor.”
