“I'm a relative noob to hot sauce, and I wanted to give this a try because I'm a fan of Poirier. Little did I know this would become my favorite condiment. The heat is just right, and the sauce itself is delicious. It goes great on pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and mac and cheese. With my bottle almost empty, I definitely plan to buy more when it goes back into stock. Like the Diamond in the Octagon, this hot sauce is a winner.”

“Just got my first bottle 1/26.Had some on my eggs this morning GREAT flavor with a kick. Only complaint is i can already tell im gonna need a bigger bottle..FIXIN to order anothe bottle once back in stock....THE NEW CHAMP OF HOT SAUCE!!!”
