This is a very good Louisiana Style Hot Sauce. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the nozzle gets plugged with the pepper flakes and other bits in the sauce which is infuriating. Choose a better nozzle and this is a 5 star sauze all day.

This is a excellent all around sauce. It’s like sriracha but on steroids. Perfect on eggs, pizza, tacos, spaghetti, nachos, or chicken. Will order again

As someone who grew up (and lives) on the gulf coast swamplands, I am no stranger to that sweet vinegar and cayenne sauce. I have to say this is without a doubt the single best example of a traditional Louisiana style that I have ever encountered.

The Diamond does it again! Everything Dustin seems to involve himself in is always of the highest quality, and this sauce is no different. This sauce is a great recipe that is not only extremely tasty, but is well balanced and hits all the key points, savory, salty, and spicy! This is a sauce that I would love to see on Hot Ones, as all the guests would talk about how good it is. Don't forget to stay hydrated while eating, Let's go Champ!

I've loved watching Poirer grow from an assassin to championship material in the octogon, and this sauce is worthy of his skills. It's right on the edge of medium and hot so you don't have to be super careful of how much you use, and it's got a wonderful changing flavor profile. I've put it on a ton of different things so far, from red beans and rice to roasted cauliflower to seared tuna. Here's hoping Dustin beats Mcgregor in January and and wraps gold around his waste to match thisgold medal hot sauce.

From a guy who never likes any hot sauce or anything spicy for that matter, I really enjoy this one. It’s more flavourful than hot with just the right kick.
