“I was very very excited about this sauce as I love all the ingredients in it, especially lime and cilantro. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or what. I'm thinking maybe it was a bad batch because I can't imagine anybody liking this. It tastes like rotting fruit and has no spice and there was a brownish oil like substance at the top when I got it. I shook it up for almost 5 minutes to get it to integrate. I can't detect why and spice, lime or cilantro flavor at all as well as onion or garlic. I'd like a refund or to get another sauce to replace it.”

“After more than a month of waiting, and several e-mails that went on to be ignored, I did not receive the package that was meant to be a gift. I'd have loved to review your sauces but that is really hard if you don't have any.”

“I loved this sauce. The perfect combo of refreshing flavors and yet a bit creamy that felt rich at the same time. I loved the texture that wasn't too thin, but still very pourable. Very mild, but tangy and tasty. My only complaint is that it was so mild but addictive I used the whole bottle up in a week. It's perfect on eggs!”

“No need for herbs when I do Baby Bakers. Butter and Jade Jag combined to make herbed potato bake as a side with standing crown rib roast and a nice side salad. Now I need a good rose' wine.”

“The tangy zesty-ness from the vinegar and lime is great on mexican food. It really dresses up a Taco Bell taco. The heat is very mild. Its all about flavor here. Went through the first bottle very quickly and will be re-ordering!”

“This sauce has no business being this delicious. All the lovely lively citrusy notes are upfront with the low-to-medium heat bringing up the rear. It would be PERFECT on tacos or burritos - that sort of thing. But I literally use it for almost anything. My entire family loves this, from the heat seeker among us to the heat shy, because it's just downright delicious. I order several bottles at a time to make sure I don't run out.”
