“This sauce is a great one for anything you'd salsa verde on. However, I like it a lot better than most salsa verdes, a lot of times they have too much cilantro flavor and it over powers everything else to the point that you only taste cilantro. This sauce does not do that, only a hint of cilantro, and then the jalapeno, lime, and garlic really shine. Obviously not too spicy but that really plays into this sauce because just like a salsa, you'll want to lather this on. So don't be scared if you don't love cilantro or really spicy stuff, this will still be good for you”

“If you like your sauces tangy and mild because you prefer to enjoy great flavors, Jade Jaguar is great. It's got a nice sour kick and enough heat to make foods better but not too much that you can't enjoy your meal.”
