“SigO & I found a food truck about 30 miles from the house that makes shawarma's like I had in Daharan Saudi Arabia during Desert Shield. This sauce is an absolutely perfect condiment for a shawarma along with some garlic mayo. We pretty much use it for any mediterranean style cooking.”

“This is a pleasant surprise in the Oct. box, the taste reminds me almost of a Roast Beef Sauce at a famous fast food chain, but with a little kick. I like that the taste lingers but inst offensive, it only makes me want more. A+”

“I have about 2 dozen hot sauces I regularly use in my fridge and this is a great addition. I think it's on the slightly spicier side of mild, but if you're sensitive you might think it's a medium. It's a unique, flavorful sauce and it works perfectly as a condiment, but could really be used in application. It's recognizable as having shawarma spices, but isn't overly so and has other dimensions to it. The sauce is also very creamy, which really adds to the shawarma vibe and caters to it being used as a condiment. I highly recommend trying this one.”
