“This was in the first set of sauces I got from Heatonist, and it was the first I finished. Mildly spicy and wildly flavorful. It does have that shawarma-kinda vibe to it. We've been doing almost weekly takeout at a Yemeni place, and it went very, very well with their food (lots of hummus, falafel, shawarma, kefta, etc.. My only complaint about this sauce is that it should come in 20 oz bottles.”

“Like a good amount of Dawson's sauces, this one is on the thicker side and pours very nicely. The heat is very tame and has some lightly sweet elements (to me it is a little reminiscent of Truff hot sauce, if you've ever tried that). I love the taste profile of spicy (not in a heat way) and it doesn't overpower your food. Goes great on chicken and tacos, and I'm sure just about everything else.”
