“I bought this specifically to use on my (generally) baked fish (usually salmon) as I had become bored with my marinade rotation. It added a layered kick to my dish! I then tried it in a veggie stew this week to give it a little something and, again, it didn't disappoint. I prefer light heat no higher than the "medium" filter on this website and I wouldn't want to go hotter as I want the focus on the flavor.”

“This sauce has the most flavor packed into it I've ever had. Strong garlic with low medium heat it goes great with pretty much anything savory you would add a sauce to.”

“Wonderful flavor with a decent kick. Not at all the hottest sauce, but I'd say it is a good heat level for most folks. I'll be buying more to have in the arsenal.”

“Love the smoky and garlicky flavor. There’s the initial kick in the beginning but then mellows out with that smoky garlicky goodness. Love it on grilled wings and smoked meats. Smoked a tri tip recently, sliced it for wraps, and kissed it with Dawsons cedar smoked garlic hot sauce. I will keep getting this sauce. I love it.”

“I know this is probably inappropriate & I haven’t done it, but . . . it’s so good you could put on a dog turd & make it taste good!”
