Oily, offensive aroma, foul taste.

Delicious and garlicy sauce that is (in my opinion) underrated on the heat scale and can RISE to a 5-6/10 if consumed carelessly. Fortunately, the garlic flavor goes a LONG way, so use sparingly if you thrive in the mild-to-medium landscape. Pairs well with chicken & steak, but also plays nice with whatever else may be on your main course plate. The perfect blend of flavor and heat.

My heat tolerance is for the more mild sauces out there. This is a tasty sauce but one that is a bit more spicy than is comfortable for me. I still recommend it though, even if I use this particular sauce quite sparingly compared to some others that I have purchased from Heatonist.

This one was a pleasant surprise. The flavor of the habaneros wasn't overcome by the smoked garlic, it was a nice balance.

This is so good on a fried egg. I have stuck to pretty traditional hot sauces, so this was an eye opener to me, like people who get introduced to the varieties within coffee, beer, or wine and suddenly have an entire new world of flavors to explore. I love the smoky garlic taste of this sauce!

I found this hot sauce to be excellent on all types of poultry. I went through this bottle rather quickly, and I am looking forward to the next bottle!

I had super high hopes for this one. I LOVE garlic and things that are smokey. Now I've never eaten a dirty old shoe but I imagine this is what it would taste like. I had to start using Louisiana Hot Sauce just to get the bottle down. p.s. I used it on baked chicken breasts and hard boiled egg whites.
