“This is a nice mustard-forward sauce. Garlic and fruit flavors are present in the middle, with a nice kick of heat.”

“Some what spicy (I would say maybe 3/5 on heatonist's scale), and chunky. More heat then flavor. The thickness of the sauce does make it a bit difficult getting out of the bottle at times.”

Oh no! So sorry this sauce wasn't your cup of tea. We find this traditional Caribbean pepper sauce really sings on chicken and rice or oxtail stew. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
