“Good sort of "tangy-ness" to this sauce, can use a lot without overpowering a dish. A little on the viegar-y side of the flavor spectrum but excellent for meals that need that vinegar flavor added.”

“I ordered a few sauces and was the least excited for this one, but it is hands down my favorite. Seems like it has a little turmeric flavor in it. I'm going to make some grilled chicken and dirty rice so I can let these flavors shine.”

“This sauce was a delightful surprise – it’s easily one of my current favorites. It has a nice level of heat and the flavor is fantastic! It goes well with a wide variety of foods, but I believe it pairs best with chicken. Definitely worth a try!”
