“This is my new second-favorite hot sauce. (Sorry, Curry Verde. It’s not you, it’s me. Nothing can ever replace a classic buffalo wing sauce for first place in my heart.) It’s a little sweet and a little spicy and overflowing with flavor. I want it on wings and potatoes and greens and sandwiches, and just straight up on a spoon, please and thank you.”
