It's very yummy. I could use just a bit more heat, but as it is it goes well with more foods than expected for a seemingly specialized sauce.

A very unusual hot sauce. One of My favorite causes with ginger and pineapple flavors. I love trying new sauces with my family. Definitely recommend!

Ginger Goat has been added to my list of favorites. I dont think it displaced anyone, I think it just added itself. Its perfect for me to go to about as hot as I want to go without any pain. Im sure it could hurt me if I used WAY too much on a single bite, but traditionally it is about at the top of what I consider a good tolerable burn. Secondarily, the flavor is great, obviously Ginger-y, a good little punch of fruity with a tad bit of sweet, Its just full of flavor and different from a lot of others I have tried. Heat-wise: I feel like heat is very person dependent, I think Last Dab Apollo isnt much hotter than Secret Aardvark, but Hamajang is too hot for me, anyways, for me its a bit hotter than Dirty Dicks, and a bit hotter than Secret Aardvark original.

Up till I tried this hot sauce I didn't fully get the hot sauce craze, but now I get it. This one is high-level flavour. I always taste a few drops on their own before adding it to the food as it's so delicious. Great in Chinese stirfries.
