“I like the heat level and ingredients but was hoping for more pineapple and sweeter notes. This is a really good sauce for marinating chicken and works with seafood and Thai dishes. It changes the flavor profile quite a bit so I don’t recommend this for cooking. Unless of course, you’re going for a heavy ginger dish.”

“This one is my favorite so far, it has such a nice kick to it paired with that ginger finish. I found that it goes great with so much food especially as a dipping sauce for sushi!”

“Great sauce if you want a little ginger kick. The ginger and pineapple really come through with just the right amount of heat. Also, if you're a fan of Chick-Fil-A, I mix this roughly 1 to 1 with their Chick-Fil-A sauce and its amazing.”

“At first this sauce was FUNKY. The smoked pineapple is a very unique flavor and smell, truly. After a few tries at different times this sauce is good - chunky, vinegar, fruity, good heat.”

“I love the flavor of this sauce! Using just a small amount on chicken is so perfect. The flavor isn’t hampered by the kick you get after from the peppers. It just makes the sauce so good!”
