“The Ginger Goat was a wonderful surprise hot sauce for me. I have gone through most of your sauces and this is now one of my favorites. It has a good amount of heat and a great Caribbean vibe. My first use was a mix of soy sauce and ginger goat as my dip for sushi rolls, loved it!”

“I found the scent and flavor a bit strange. But not offensive. Reminds me of nandos peri peri sauce in flavor but a bit hotter.”

“This sauce is great on everything I put it on. I have put in on chicken, beer breaded cod fish, lasagna, and even in cranberry sauce. It is pretty great.”

“This is delicious hot sauce! Goes perfect on basically everything. On beef and pork you get nice hints of lemongrass and citrus before the heat starts. It's HOT! Not enough to make you cry but enough to reach for anything cold. After the burn is gone you remember how good it is and you go back in for more. Super good stuff!”
