Oh no! So sorry this sauce threw you for a loop. It definitely is different from a vinegar-based sauce. Here’s our suggestion for making it SING. First, give it a really REALLY good shake. All those yummy ingredients really rock when it’s shaken thoroughly into the oil. Then pour a little bit of it on your food choice. Bam. It’s liquid gold. “When we tried it with chicken it had a honey mustard sort of taste profile, but with a tortilla chip it had strong citrus flavor. In both cases, delicious..”
