“Similar to other reviewers, I ordered my second bottle in April 2024 and it was a completely different hot sauce from the first bottle I ordered a few months ago (which I loved). The first bottle was very flavorful, pretty mild heat, and good consistency. This second bottle was not emulsified at all—somehow both thick and super oily, so that when you try to dispense the sauce, only oil drips out, even after shaking it up for a while. The heat level was also a bit higher than my first bottle. So bummed, I loved the first version of this sauce! I understand batching is challenging, but please work on quality assurance!”
