“The sauce as is is 5 stars. In fact, we bought all of the shishitos left at our farmers market last week (October!) so we could make it at home. Gonna add a bit of chili de arbol to kick it up a bit. Too bad this is so expensive. Will not buy again, making fresh from now on. One bottle was downed in two days between two people.”

“When I put this sauce away I did not put it with my hot sauces. This is a solid choice for a garlic dipping sauce, but calling it a hot sauce is a stretch. Heat: Mayo Texture: Creamy 8/10 Recommended for drizzling on salads or vegetable trays”

“This sauce is thicker/chunkier than any hot sauce I've ever tried. My bottle didn't have any heat in it, but it was very garlic-y and full of shishito flavor (minus the heat). I put on burgers and potato salad and I wish it came in a bigger bottle”
