“I was a little leery about trying this when everyone kept talking about the pineapple (not the biggest fan of sweet in my savory dishes) but I did not really get pineapple at all (just as a balance for the vinegar). What I tasted most was vinegar and a melange of peppers. Normally I expect to taste one or two kinds of peppers, but this sauce was more like someone had chopped up several different kinds and you ate a big spoonful of the mixture. It was really balanced and very unique. I love black pepper and use it A LOT because I love the taste of the peppercorns, and this sauce reminded me of all the things I love about that, especially the piquant part, only with the heat intensity kicked up quite a bit. I use this on all of the dishes that I would normally sprinkle extra black pepper on: stews, casseroles, eggs, salads, potatoes. (If you normally add pepper to your french fries, try dipping them in this instead.)”

“This is pretty spicy but has a nice sweet pineapple flavor that balances it very well. Angry Goat Pepper Co really does a great job with their sauces and I'd definitely buy this again.”
