“Bought the season 20 pack and I have to say there are so many Ireally like, but Dreams of Calypso is my absolute favorite of the bunch. I had used Chulu's Sweet Habenero forever, but this one has even more flavor and a better heat profile for me. I absolutely love it. I wanna buy a bunch of this stuff.”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that the sauce was too hot for you! To cut the heat you can always add it to a little mayo or butter. Or they make a great marinade as well! Or, if you'd like a suggestion for something else super hot email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“This one is robust made to hold up in rich dishes! Added this to fried eggs with raisins and LOVE love! Love it in spanish pork stew with other spices like culantro and achiote cumin and oregano. It is spicy enough to have you licking lips and burning a few calories going to try with pineapple chicken soon-”

“Nice Heat..Lovely Mustard Flavor..Makes a great sauce with mayo and some dried peppers from Flatiron Pepper Co..Shazamm!!! So good..Still digging my Pico Rico and diving into bottle # 2...I'll Be DREAMING of this sauce tonight!”
