“I use the hippy dippy as a less spicy variant to Mexican truck salsa. To me it’s more of a hit sauce you pour things into rather than something you drip into. It has a chunky texture to it.”

“This sauce strikes a surprising balance between the sweet and spicy. The avocado helps to mute the kiwi well and it’s got a nice warmth to the spice. I’ve used it on eggs and shrimp. DELICIOUS!”

“The kiwi and avocado really drew me to this sauce and it’s awesome! Great for tacos, especially seafood tacos with the sweetness. Really nice if you’re looking for a more less traditional green sauce.”
