“Good flavor, could’ve had a little more salt, but my palette def likes sodium heavy. Great consistency, bit sweet, not too spicy - just a little kick!”

“So, I usually have some small slices of cheese, a bland wafer cracker, and a shot of the hot sauce of the day. This is a really flavorful sauce, without the long term intestinal burn you get with some of the hotter sauces(Stargazer, I am looking at you). It's only been a couple weeks and the sauce is nearly empty. I find myself dabbing a little here, a little there. Definitely in the top ten for me. Why not a 5-star...one, I like to save those...and the other is....really nit-picking here...I wish it was a bit thicker....reallllllly nit-picking.”
