This sauce has a lot going for it. Great spice level that gives it quite the kick. Complex flavor that has a subtle smokiness to it that has you coming back for more. I would recommend this sauce. But it is definitely on the hotter side.

One of our favorites and great in Mac & Cheese. Has a bacon wang to it that elevates “boring” dishes.

Probably my favorite hot sauce. It is spicy, lots of flavor with the bitter orange. I love it.

Low smokiness, very rich and lingering flavour. Great from everything from slicing up eggs to chicken. I literally put it on almost everything. The best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted, and definitely can never go back to “normal” sauces.

A little citrus, a little smoke, and the right amount of heat that doesn't let you forget it but also doesn't linger too long past it's welcome. Pairs best with pork, poultry, or eggs. Think Chilaquiles, Tacos Al Pastor, chicken fajitas, etc. It's becoming a kitchen staple!

After seeing Mila Kunis' reaction to this one, we were dying to try it. My partner surprised me with a bottle for my Christmas stocking, and we fell in love at first dab. While it is indeed hot for us spice wimps (it gives partner the hiccups occasionally when he's overzealous with it), if you use it judiciously, the heat level is quite manageable. In his words, "It's delicious, and has a ton of kick, but not punishingly so." Anyhoo, by the end of January, we had only 1/4 bottle left, and partner was so mournful. So for Valentine's Day I ordered him a 4-bottle supply to keep him going for awhile. I should add, we live in Canada and pay extra for the shipping. But, worth it! Is hot sauce our love language?
