“Absolutely amazing sauce! Normally I am not a big Louisiana style hot sauce fan. Dustins Poirier’s sauce has changed all that & will now be my spice of choice for anything & everything except Mexican food. This is so flavorful & the spice level is phenomenal! 5 stars easily. I bought regular & KO edition as well & Creole Maple is my fav.”

“OMG! When I first saw this sauce, it had me at Maple! You expect something sweet and get a kick of flavor! This sauce also goes well with everything - well, because I put it on everything including sushi and pizza!”

“I generally enjoy mild hot sauces, and when I saw this was maple flavoured (my favourite) I was excited to try it. For me personally I would rate this hot sauce a little higher re: heat as my mouth immediately lit up and unfortunately I did not taste as much maple as I would have hoped, maybe because I was too focused on my mouth being so hot. Also I could be a wimp, hah!”
