“It's a shockingly different taste which I liked up to two wings, where it becomes a bit much. Heat level in the tolerable level, 5/10. I had a bit of a tragedy, connecting a good friend and a 10 wing challenge. Eliot Wadopian, a two time award winning monster bassist was going to be my Asheville Musicians version of Hot Ones. It was going to be for him, promoting his talent. I was going to put the video to YouTube, promoting your show like crazy. I did my research on questions for Eliot Wadopian, Eliot was psyched, a very healthy, burly 62 year old, family members nicknamed "Bear". Two days before his hot ones 10 wing interview with me, his wife texts me, saying Eliot isn't feeling well. The next day he died. Weird blood clot. I was just shell-shocked. I am a songwriter moving to Nashville, and want to do a hot ones show promoting/interview musicians and shilling for your show throughout. But, weirdly, it means more to me now that I learned so much more about my friend, right before he died because of research to find great questions that would surprise him, faking your great show. “This sauce has an AMAZING flavor profile. The sweat from the strawberry and the coconut, mixed with the heat of the peppers is perfect for anything. I have been adding it to Nachos, Pasta, and pork, just to start with. DEFINITLY getting more of this!”

“Delicious, strawberry comes through but doesn’t overpower. Not too hot - could be dialed up there. But good to throw on rice.”

“This sauce is really unique in flavor. I saw this sauce on Hot Ones and had to try it. Its sweet but not sugary, and has just the right amount of hot, and the vinegar brings it all together nicely”
