“Ive had many brands of scott bonnet suaces but this one tops them. While many of the sauces ive had are very thick and syrup like in consistancy this one is more like a true and pure suace. By far scott bonnet is my favorite pepper due to its nice heat level and sweet flavor, and now ive found my go to sauce with the afformentioned pepper due to the consistancy being much better than the other brands ive tried”

“This is the best hot mustard sauce I've ever tasted. I love using it with egg McMuffins, the only item I ever get from McD's any more. Scotch bonnet peppers are just the right medium spice level. The alternative to get my fix is Last Dab XXX, but that isn't as mustardy as it was when it first launched. Please don't tell me this company is going out of business or anything. I want to enjoy this sauce for life.”

“With yellow deli mustard as the first ingredient, it's hardly surprising that this sauce is dominated by that familiar flavor. The citrus also comes through with a fruity profile that is balanced nicely against the vinegar and spices. And this sauce is pretty hot, it can build up if you use a lot. It's great on plain sandwiches and sausages where you don't care so much about tasting the underlying food, but it quickly overpowers the flavor of anything that lacks the richness to stand up to it. Great on a hot dog but not as much on a bockwurst, if you catch my drift.”
