“This is a less mustardy version of the 'Colon Cleaner' taste, and it benefits from a little extra tang and sweetness for a lighter burn and a bit more versatility in cooking. I would certainly use this for chicken, pork, salad dressings, a sub for dijon in stews, or just on a hot dog. I don't tend to love Scotch Bonnet, but this has a chance of winning me over.”

“I have many favorites for red sauces, but haven't found anything I like in the yellow/green sauces category since Dawson's (HEATONIST #1) until THIS! Thank you for putting this one in your monthly sub box or else I would not have try it on my own because reviews are saying mustardy and I'm no fan of mustard. BUT this sauce is soooo delicious. It's not too spicy just wonderful sauce, good flavor with a little kick.”

“Oh my goddddd. So good! I love mustard in general and this is perfect. I used it in my mac and cheese today. Tried it on roasted potatoes. It might just replace mustard in a number of recipes. Now I want to try it in my deviled eggs! It’s not very spicy, but oh so good. Will be buying this one again!!”

“Great bang for the buck. I've been putting it on my homemade sandwiches (oven roasted Turkey lunch meat, provolone cheese and multi grain bread) and it's a winner!”

“Not all sauces have to burn off your taste buds, this one doesn't and that's a great thing because the flavor is awesome. It's like a great yellow mustardy flavor with a good low kick. It's perfect for sandwiches!!!!”

“Burgers and roast beef sandwiches will never be the same. Perfect amount of heat for me to be really enjoyable. Unique scotch bonnet taste. I'd recommend to mustard fans for sure.”
