“This is an amazing sauce. The Caribbean flavors are spectacular and they end up being the star of the show. I am a pretty big mustard fan and I could have gone for a bit more of a mustard flavor, but this sauce exceeded my expectations with the rest of the flavors. The heat level was surprisingly high, especially compared to sauce rated higher on the Heatonist system. I have a pretty mild palette so that was a bit surprising at first, but I really grew to love this sauce. It is incredibly good on sandwiches or even just spread over a piece of bread. I would definitely recommend it, but it’s not quite what I expected when I ordered it.”

“There is virtually *nothing* that this sauce does not improve! Sandwiches? So much! Scrambled eggs? Yup! Pizza? F Yeah! Ice cream...? Sure! One of my absolute favorite sauces ever!”

“This mustard is so delicious! I wish it were just a little thicker, but it goes on tons of different things. Really kicks a deli or egg/sausage sandwich up a notch with good initial heat, but it doesn't linger long so it's addictive.”

“Decent kick in this sauce. I actually mix it in with some soy sauce and garlic to out on top of stir fry. Brings so much more flavor in that dish.”
