“This sauce isn't lying about how hot it is. I really enjoyed what I've had it with so far and plan to find more uses for it. I'm considering the flavor will pair well with somewhat greasy foods that incorporate a lot of other strong flavors, such as Gyros or Tacos. And I may put some into my next batch of Chicken Tikka Masala for a bit more heat, or similarly a Vindaloo. As a side note, this sauce is my current favorite I have in my house because it reminds me of a hot sauce I could only get at my favorite Cajun place, just about 1000x as hot. If I could get the burn down to the level of maybe Habanero or Jalapeno and keep the flavor, I'd buy this by the gallon and use it on everything.”

“Incredibly hot. I put about 1/8 tsp in a vat of coconut tomato sauce and my eyes were watering.”

“Best cooked on pizza, 5 minutes seems like a long time when that burn enlightens your tongue and lips. Good garlicky flavor and such a great sauce.”
