“I will go through a bottle of this but it won't be a re-order. The taste up front is great, but within 20 seconds the flavor dissipates and you're left with a flaming mouth, which if you're eating a decent amount of this sauce, takes the flavor profile away from further bites. It could be a tad bit runnier, there's just a little too much pepper mash to make this a pleasantly smooth sauce.”

“Hot but not ruthless. I've been using it on everything from pizza to fish and the flavor is great. It's definitely hot, so temperance is recommended.”
