Was hoping for something like a spicy duck sauce, but no sweet or distinct apricot flavors. Thankfully doesn’t have any distinct lavender or vanilla flavor.

A good level of heat with a nice flavour makes this new sauce a great addition to my lineup.

Great tasting hot sauce when paired with the right food. There is a floral taste that pairs well with vegetable, but not as much as a catch all kind of hot sauce. Nice kick to it.

It is hot, but very tasty . . .

The apricot and the heat are the only flavors that come through for me. I couldn’t taste any of the lemon or lavender. What sounded intriguing and unique ended up tasting a lot like many other fruity hot sauces. This is also hot enough to cover up the flavor of pretty much everything I’ve put it on—I couldn’t taste the filling in the bao I put it on, and it overpowered my tacos. This is good if you like heat, but overall there was less flavor than I expected.

An interesting blend, leans toward a vinegar based sauce. It's blended with the sweet earthy hint of apricot. I had hoped more apricot flavor would come through, but it's only in the background. Spice level is mid range. Overall a good sauce, with a light Smokey hint.
