“I love all things Top Chef and have faithfully watched every season from the very beginning, filling my bookcase shelves with every book that the judges and contestants have put out, so I was super excited about this pairing - because what could be more perfect than Hot Ones and Top Chef . . . TOGETHER. However, this sauce was very disappointing. It did not have any heat and came out extremely floral. Now, I love Indian food and cannot say enough nice things about rose water and cardamom, but this was a very off-putting balance when I was expecting a fiery pepper punch.”

“This was kind of disappointing, wasn't even what I expected. Tastes like a thinned out Ragu pasta sauce. Average heat which is fine but the flavor profile isn't my thing and the sugar in it doesn't help.”
