“Sauce arrived very watery, lumpy, and discolored. Thoroughly shaking bottle didn't help. Taste was fine, but texture and thickness was terrible. Seemed like product had been exposed to too much heat during shipping, or otherwise damaged.”

“I ordered this as part of a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He was so excited to try the Buffalo Hot Sauce. Not only was I not able to gift the hot sauce on his birthday due to my package being delayed, but he opened his gift only to find that he didn’t receive the Buffalo Hot Sauce. What we did receive couldn’t be further from the Buffalo Hot Sauce (2/10). We actually were given the hottest hot sauce they produce, which for us is completely unusable and a waste of money.”
