“I'm from and live in New York near Buffalo so I KNOW Buffalo sauce. The way I would describe this is as a fancy buffalo sauce. You can tell they focused heavily on getting the flavor profile perfect. My only negative comment is the bottle is pretty small. When you eat wings like us New Yorkers... you need a lot of sauce! :)”

“As it usually goes in my search for the perfect hot sauce, if it tastes good, it's not hot enough and this is what happened with this sauce. Too bad. Has probably the best flavor of all the Hot Ones sauces I've tried, but weak on the heat. If I find one that has enough heat, it usually has a bad taste.”

“I usually enjoy buffalo sauce and am always on the watch for something new where the general recipes out there is Franks and butter. This one had enough of a vinegar taste that you can tell it's there, but not enough that it's all you can taste (which does happen with homemade sauces sometimes). I refused to use this for anything but some tossed chicken wings and I was very happy with it. After eating a whole wing with just the sauce I tried the second with what I call a "Ranch Test" and felt the two paired quite well together making my meal even better. I spent the rest of my meal doing one or the other and downed my wings very quickly. Not the best buffalo sauce out there, as it is tough to be the BWW buffalo sauces, but definately top tier.”

“I was really excited to try it but my order never showed up. I ordered from here a couple of times and it always was delivered by UPS. This one said it was delivered by DoorDash which seemed odd for an online order from a store. I contacted them to let them know. They responded to give it another day and see if it shows up and if it doesn’t they’ll make it right. It never showed and I contacted them several times letting them know and haven’t received a response. It’s now been over a week and I guess I’m just out the money and no sauce. Lesson learned I guess.”
