Amazing sauce. Amazing taste nice and fresh spice slowly builds very tolerable for me though

Oh it's got the heat, but it's also got taste to go with it! I did this one out of pure curiosity, since in my experience most super-hot sauces taste awful. They're all pain. I'm not even someone who usually goes for extreme spice, but I liked this. Can't wait to experiment with it to try and draw out that flavor. I would largely describe it as citrus/grassy, but with an undercurrent of smoke.

This sauce met all expectations. I've been increasing my tolerance over the summer. My wife makes me many different sauces with our home grown Reapers. The last small batch of salsa she made had 10 Reapers in it. I am struggling to find heat that challenges me. That being said, my wonderful woman purchased this sauce as an anniversary gift and I can finally continue on my journey and build my tolerance further.

Try the sauce today for the first time in a Bloody Mary. I would like to experience your pepper 100% not 91%. I'm not phased one bit. It is a good sauce but I am a hot head myself. I've been making hot sauces and I need to find another kitchen. I understand how Ed makes his sauces and pretty interesting. People are mad at me because I haven't made any in a while. Currently growing the good peppers myself. I need some seeds Ed.

There’s a good bit of heat but not a lot of flavor.

Whoa, this Pepper X sauce will definitely light you up. Once the initial shock of the burn sinks in, you are left with a delicious taste that doesn’t interfere with the taste of the food. For my wing sauce, I used about an 1/8 teaspoon. Too hot for several people but others enjoyed the pain.
