“It's a thick sauce, it reminds me of the Apollo hot sauce. As far as heat it builds up then it goes away quick. It does linger in your gut . I wonder how a fresh pepper would taste like. Or a smoked pepper x, or even roasted. I did not taste vinegar, more bitter tasting.”
