“I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but I made an exception. This hot sauce has a great flavor…almost sweet. Considering it’s over 91% pepper I expected it to be bitter. It certainly isn’t. l went through almost the whole bottle the first night just eating it on Doritos. I do wish it was a hotter. Maybe it’s just me. My favorite hot sauce I make at home with 50 grams of pure capsaicin to 5ml of 190 proof grain alcohol. I put it on most anything. I’ve grown Carolina Reapers for years, and love to grab a few right off the plant to go along with a meal.”

“Often there is a tradeoff between flavor and heat. Typically, the ingredients needed for flavor dilute the heat, or striving for heat for heat's sake diminishes the flavor. Not so with this one. It's pretty hot with great flavor that makes you keep grabbing for more. I have found it to be a good punch to the mouth that doesn't do any harm. It's a wallop on the initial taste that subsides pretty quickly. My wife was curious. She likes spice but not necessarily the superhots. She came away with the same impression. Pretty hot but fades fast.”

“Even with this sauce being mostly pepper with a little vinegar, it tastes awesome. It wasn't as spicy as I was expecting, but tbh I appreciated it the way it is a lot more bc the pepper has a very sweet, delicious flavor and can hold its own. Bc of there not being any other added flavors or spices in the sauce, it blends really well with anything I've put it with so far. I wish it was a little cheaper so I could justify buying it more often, but I won't hold that against them. 5 stars!”

“Delicious. A pleasant slow onset with a similarly pleasant slow burn to follow. Thick, though. Shake it up, a lot. Combine the mash solids with the pepper liquid.”
