This sauce goes great on pizza, especially pepperoni.

The flavor reminds me of horseradish a bit, and with the wasabi and mushroom umami flavors it’s a very interesting taste. We’ve eaten it on rice and dumpling bowls, I think it will really shine as a sand which spread.

This sauce is a brilliant sauce on many levels, but as a "hot sauce" I struggle to classify it. It reminds me more of a slightly more flavorful Worchester Sauce. You can use this one exactly as you would Worchester and has a hit of wasabi (though that too is very low-key). I use it in my shrimp cocktail sauce in place of Worchester. Very mild sauce otherwise.

This sauce is unlike anything I have had before. I am a big fan of Japanese/Asian flavors and the Adoboloco brand. The umeboshi tartness complements the heat well and the kombu brings out the umami. This is a brazen move by Adoboloco and I congratulate them for making it work. I will say that this flavor does have it limitations but it is great with pork, fish and other Asian dishes.

This sauce has a complex flavor, both savory and sweet, with a very mild heat. There is an obvious Asian theme to the ingredients, but I've found it works well with pretty much anything - steaks, seafood, salads, veggies, even tacos. That said, it pairs really well with Thai and Chinese food, and is great for dipping spring and summer rolls, dumplings, and potstickers. This sauce is about flavor over heat, and its mild heat level means you can use a lot of it. Well done to Adoboloco and Heatonist.
